Goodness Unveiled

The character of God: this is something we know about if we have been a Christian for any length of time, and yet we may not experience it fully until we have to. The character of God is unchanging, He is always good, He is always kind, He is always just, etc. Psalm 86:5 says, “For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.”(ESV) We can trust in the Lord because He is good, even when our eyes do not see. Psalm 119:68 declares, “You are good and do good; teach me your statutes.” (ESV) We can trust his unchanging character, because His character is perfect.

I started Goodness Unveiled as a platform to share stories of how God’s character is revealed to us in daily life, whether it is through the joyful and miraculous times or the hard and heartbreaking times. God’s character is unchanging through our experiences and our feelings. He is constant, He is good, and He is faithful.

Romans 8:28, “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.” (ESV)

I will share our stories of God’s goodness unveiled to us in extremely trying times in our family’s life and how we see that He has worked all things out for our good and His glory.
